Blessed be my protection when I go out during day or night, That thou mayest not let any of my enemies, or thieves, approach me, If they do not intend to bring me what was intended from your Holy Altar. Because God the Lord Jesus Christ is ascended into Heaven in his living Body, And so shall my body and wellbeing be protected on this journey. O Lord, bless me and watch over me day and night.
