Every thing that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.


the things that 'drive us the most crazy' about others are often behaviors/actions/thoughts that we have also done. We can use each other as a reflection in self reflection if we are honest with ourselves and admit we have also done the 'annoying' things or destructive behaviors... Then since we can only work on ourselves and we can NEVER change someone else we can make a conscious choice whether or not we will continue with the destructive behavior. If we during self reflection realize.. 'no I have honestly not done so and so' ie 'No, I have never polluted the planet or starved a child or participated in slavery ect.. Then we can use the reflection as a lesson of what we do not want to be...
